The fact that the room was quiet. You couldn't hear your neighbours or the bar/restaurant or the pool downstairs. We were on the 1st level. They called and asked if we wanted to book in the restaurant for any meals and made our beds everyday. New towels every other day. Location was great. Walking distance to everything.

Our room was spacious. Balcony very small and hot. Very clean. The room was warm and the airconditioning had not been changed over to cooling. Good location but no where really to relax in the hotel so you needed to go out. The dining/eating area didn't really appeal and little atmosphere.

Just staying overnight we were delighted how the hotel looked very updated with clean rooms .We had dinner at Zebu and the food was very tasty with friendly lady staff member making great cocktails and in the morning we were warmly greeted by DJ who is very friendly and makes a great coffee .DJ is a superstar working late at night serving food then up again at 7am to serve breakfast .

Was a nice Balcony & I enjoyed being able to have fresh air into room. Even tho it was too cold when we went to sit out there. Had power points at bedside tables, for easy access for phone charging etc. Fairly spacious for a hotel room, with reasonable room for putting suitcases etc. Comfy bed. Super close to restaurants, cafes, bars etc... Walking distance, as well as foreshore/bay.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay in the corner suite of the hotel. Ample room to move around. I think it had not long been renovated as it was extremely clean with a new bathroom. There was a heated pool and pool table on the ground floor which the children loved. The restaurant on the ground floor was AMAZING for dinners. All the staff were friendly and very obliging when asked a question. We will most definitely stay there again.

The check in/front desk staff were wonderful and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was incredibly spacious and we loved the bathroom and mirrors, great for getting ready. Balcony was a plus and the beds were so comfortable! You could tell everything in this hotel was kept incredibly clean, which is something I always look for in any hotel. Would 100% stay again. (Also in a great spot, can walk to practically everything!)

Given that the pool was under reservations the rest of the hotel was great. We travelled 2 weeks in WA and this hotel was by far the best value. Everything in the rooms was good. Location is good with easy walk to shops river and restaurants. Will be staying here again when I am in the area.

All of the above was very acceptable. My grandson and his friend loved the space and the beds. The indoor pool is the big attraction.
